With dozens of certifications ranging from a Hewlett-Packard ASC, ASP to Citrix CCSP, Chuck continues to educate himself to be knowledgeable about the products he provides.  Chuck prides himself on looking to technology as a revenue generation tool rather than an expense and approaches each project from a Return on Investment (ROI) point of view.  Chuck continually strives to help his customers and his community and is commonly referenced as a speaking voice for technology & business periodicals from KDLT News to Forbes Magazine (http://www.forbes.com/best/2002/0325/002.html).

Chris taught himself to program in BASIC on his first Commodore PC at the age of 10.  By the age of 12 he was creating software and games with multicolor graphics.  Chris began his professional career in customer service with Citibank from 1988 – 1990 before taking a position as a technician with Western Union as a technical trouble shooter.  It was at this time that Chris realized that he wanted to make technical work not just a hobby but a career.  In 1995 Chris went to work for Gateway Computer where he had hands-on experience in their service department fixing desktops and laptops computer systems.  With this ground floor exposure to a large public service & sales organization Chris gained the experience he needed to launch his own company that he named Green Eggs and RAM, Inc.
